Mount it on the wall, put in the bulb and cartridge (both included) and plug it in. That's it, no more pesky flies! No smell, no sticky mess, no filthy fly swatters. This neat (literally and figuratively) products operates by using fly pheromones. The flies smell them and think it's mating season. Instead they get caught in the unit and are gone. The cartridge lasts about 2 months under continuous use. You may turn the unit off when season is over to conserve the cartridge. Unit has a gentle blue light, which attracts the flies and also doubles as very nice night light. Intended for indoor use only. Larger, commercial variety available also.
