RainWise, the world leader in tipping bucket rain gauges, presents the RAINEW. Available in either single or dual counter versions, both measure in 100ths of an inch and come standard with 60 feet of wire (30 and 90 foot lengths also available).
The 8" diameter collector meets NWS specifications for statistical accuracy. Every time the bucket tips, a count is transmitted to the indoor display and the gauge empties. You never have to empty the gauge. Each tip of the bucket shows one hundredth of an inch on the indoor LCD display. The display will indicate up to 9.99" of rain. A reset button allows it to be reset after each rainfall.
The long-life lithium counter battery is included. The RAINEW collector has a lifetime warranty, the indoor unit has a one year warranty. |
Operates the same as the above Rainew but has 2 individual displays to reset as you desire, allowing daily, monthly, or yearly accumulation- your choice of two. Great for the avid weather statistician!
