 Vantage Pro2 weather stations offer forecasting, on-screen graphing, and much more - all on a large 3 1/2" x 6" LCD backlit display for easy viewing. Quick- view icons show the forecast at a glance - sunny, partly sunny, cloudy, rain or snow - while a moving ticker-tape display gives more details. Whatever the forecast, Vantage Pro will let you know. Mounts on desk, shelf, or wall. US and metric units of measure Available in two models: wireless and cabled. Each includes an innovative integrated sensor suite, which combines a rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and anemometer all into one package - making setup easier than ever and improving performance and reliability. Wireless version includes console/receiver plus integrated sensor suite with transmitter, solar panel, 40' anemometer cable, and mounting hardware. Wireless range is up to 1000' line of sight. Add wireless repeater for distance up to one mile. Console may be powered using the included AC-power adapter or with 3 C batteries (not included). Batteries last up to one year under normal conditions |

WeatherLink:
Connect all of this to your computer with the newest version of WeatherLink which allows you to see current conditions at a glance on the instant weather bulletin, graph data on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, generate weather watcher reports in National Climatic Data Center (NOAA) format, track information from multiple weather stations on the same computer using one WeatheLink for each weather station, view info from the same weather station on two or more computers using an Extra User License for each computer. Kit includes license, manual, and software.
WeatherLinks newest feature lets you share your weather with the world on your own weather web Site. Use one of Davis's sample templates or design your own. WeatherLink software establishes the Internet connection and transfers the files using FTP. Post current and historical weather conditions to your web site or LAN, create weather web pages with the included HTML templates, or design your own, add bar graphs, line graphs, text lines, or scrolling ticker tape displays with included Java applet, upload other files - such as images from a web cam - along with your weather data. |
