Premiere Products offers a 30 day money back guarantee under the following conditions:
(1) the product must be in resellable condition
(2) it must be returned in the original packaging
(3) it must be returned within the 30 days
(4) if it is being returned for either free replacement or money back
because it does not work properly, it indeed must not work.
If any of these criteria are not met, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. When returning a product to us we will only refund shipping if the product does not work properly. There is no need for a return authorization from our company.
You may ship it to us via the post office at Premiere Products, P.O. Box 944, Columbus, NE, 68602 or by UPS at 2565 16th Avenue, Columbus, NE, 68601. ALWAYS INSURE your return, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. If you send a package back to us through a mailing service, we will not re-imburse for their packaging charges.
